Chaplo photography captures images of solar energy farms, photo-voltaic panel installation, construction, battery electric storage systems, completed projects, monitoring, service, and maintenance.

We are mobile and agile. Our service area is centered around the Midland - Odessa Texas solar field and in Eastern New Mexico around Carlsbad, NM. Our photography will illustrate your assets in the field in their best lighting and with creativity for marketing flair. The session will provide your corporate needs for marketing, investor relations, annual reports, presentations, and beautiful prints framed for your office walls.

Service area: photographer works coast-to-coast, yet specializing in the Odessa, Midland, Monahans, San Angelo, Pecos, Barstow, Kermit, Fort Stockton, TX all the way to Carlsbad and Hobbs, NM. Our territory for photo shoots is all of New Mexico and Texas.

We also create portraits of your workers on-site during construction and in the setting of your completed solar PV and battery electric storage projects.

In addition, we offer high-altitude aerial photography that can cover the largest solar installation in one view. We photography in altitudes up to 10,000 ft. to show the largest solar farms! 

Chaplo can do product photography of all solar, PV panel components, engineering methodologies, and technologies such as PV panels, utility-scale batteries, inverters, transformers, and other related technologies in use in the West Texas and Eastern new Mexico solar electric fields.

In response to the increased solar energy expansion in our region, we have extended our service area into Pecos, TX, Monahans, Barstow, and Fort Stockton, Texas. In addition we are offering oilfield photography in New Mexico and can operate out of Carlsbad and Hobbs, NM. The southeast corner of New Mexico is bustling with activity and we go there with our mobile studio, traveling to all your locations. 

We cover all aspects of the utility-scale solar and battery storage industry, as follows:
- Aerial photography of potential solar and BESS sites.
- Location prep and earthwork.
- Construction of solar farms and battery storage units.
- Transport of components, delivery, and installation on-site.
- Products including PV panels, inverters, transformers, batteries, switches, and electrical panels.
- We follow your solar energy and battery storage products through all phases of transport, installation, and energy production from the West Texas sunshine to the consumer. 

We primarily serve corporate clients, but sometimes get requests from magazines. If you are a solar energy trade journal needing a photojournalist to cover the West Texas solar boom, we are available for assignments to show the faces and gold rush -like action of this amazing resource for American energy. Chaplo is expert at caption writing as a published author of two books with Texas A&M University Press.
